How to cook
Cut the fish (without skin and bones) into 1.5 - 2 cm cubes, grate the cheese, chop mushrooms into slices and leek into thin rings. Add vegetable oil into the bowl. Select FRY program, 10 minutes. Add mushrooms and onion after the signal. Cook until the program finishes, stirring occasionally. Add fish, salt, cream and spices to the fried vegetables, and mix. Close the lid. Select STEW program, 20 minutes. Cook until the end of the program. Open the lid and sprinkle the dish with the grated cheese. Close the lid and let it on a HEAT program.
