How to cook
Pour over the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them. Cut the tomatoes, onions and ham into middle-sized strips. Cut the olives into rings and chop the garlic. Whisk the eggs and pour the oil into the bowl. Do not close the lid. Select FRY, set the time for 15 minutes. Once the countdown has begun put the onions and ham into the bowl and stir up. Cook stirring occasionally. 10 minutes before the end of the programme put the tomatoes, beans, olives and garlic into the bowl, add salt and spices and stir up. Cook stirring occasionally. 5 minutes before the end of the programme pour the egg mixture into the bowl. Close the lid and cook until the end of the programme.
