Pilaf with vegetables

Salt
Onion 70 g
Carrot 70 g
Water 330 ml
Vegetable oil 70 ml
Spices
Bell pepper 100 g
Corn (canned) 100 g
Polished rice 260 g

How to cook

Rinse the rice until water runs clean. Dice the carrot, onion and pepper into 0,5 cm cubes . Drain liquid from the corn. Put all the vegetables into a multicooker bowl, add the oil, salt, spices and stir well. Put the rice on top of the vegetables, flatten and cover with water. Close the lid. Select PILAF program, set the timer for 40 minutes. Press «Start» button. Cook until the program finishes. Stir the ready dish.
