How to cook
Rub the beef with salt and spices, put it into a special packing, add the bay leaves and whole allspice. Seal the packing under vacuum. Put the packing into the refrigerator for 8 hours. Pour water into the bowl, put the packed beef into it. Close the lid. Press "Start/Reheat". The dish is cooked on the VACUUM programme for 6 hours. Cook until the end of the programme.
