How to cook
Chop the onion, dill and garlic. Rinse the chicken, remove the meat from the bones and put through a meat grinder, add onion, dill, garlic, curry, salt, spices, stir until smooth and put in the fridge for 2-4 hours. Separate the mince into 100-200 g meat patties, put each patty into the skewer and make the kebab. Put the skewers on the barbecue grill and cook for 15 minutes.
