Light cream 90 ml
Butter 50 g
Spring onion 20 g
Garlic 20 g
Gelatin 15 g

How to cook

Rinse and dice the meat, chop the onion and garlic, melt the butter. Mix all the ingredients in a separate container, add salt, spices and mix, let marinate for 2 hours. Put the meat into a ham maker (refer to the section (Follow paragraphs 1-4 of pattern I). Set the SOUP programme, the timer for 2 hours. Cook until the programme ends.
