Royal shrimps 100 g
Zucchini 80 g
Cherry tomatoes 80 g
Avocado 80 g
Lettuce leaves 20 g
Oil 30 ml
Olive oil 10 ml
Red basil (fresh) 5 g
Ginger (root) 2 g

How to cook

Cut zucchini into 0.5 cm cubes, avocado into 1 cm cubes. Grate ginger. Cut tomatoes into halves, chop basil, and rip lettuce leaves by hand. Combine avocado, tomatoes, and lettuce leaves in a separate container; add ginger, basil, olive oil, and mix. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and add prawns. Select “FRY”. Set the time of 5 minutes. Stir fry with an open lid for 1 minute and add zucchini. Top salad leaves with prawns and zucchini. Serve warm.
