How to cook
Soak the raisins in boiling water for 10 minutes. Cut the peppers along the fruit stems and seed. Chop the onion, almonds, parsley and garlic. Mix the almonds (20 g) and parsley (10 g) in a separate container. Pour the olive oil into the bowl. Do not close the lid. Press “Start/Reheat”. The dish is cooked on the FRY, “Vegetables” product type, 15 minutes. 10 minutes before the programme ends add the onion and garlic into the bowl and stir. Cook stirring occasionally. 7 minutes before the end of the programme add the almonds (30 g) into the bowl. Cook stirring occasionally. 4 minutes before the end of the programme put the rice, raisins, parsley (10 g), salt and spices and stir well. Cook stirring occasionally, until the end of the programme. Press “Cancel”. Stuff the peppers with the prepared rice mixture. Grease the bottom of the bowl with the butter and place the peppers with the stuffing up. Sprinkle the peppers with the almond and parsley mixture, close the lid. Select ВАКЕ, set the time for 35 minutes. Cook until the end of the programme.
