Rinse the rice until the water runs clear. Cube the meat into 2–2.5 cm cubes and coarsely grate the carrots. Cut the onions into large strips. Rinse the unpeeled garlic.
Put the meat, carrots and onions into the bowl, add the vegetable oil, salt and spices and stir up. Put the rice on the meat and level it out with a spatula. Put the garlic cloves into the rice and cover it all with the water. Close the lid. Press “Start/Reheat”. The dish is cooked on the PILAF programme, 1 hour. Cook until the end of the programme. Stir up the ready pilaf.
