How to cook
Cut the fish into 100 g servings. Cut the potatoes into middle-sized wedges, the carrots and peppers – into middle-sized strips, the tomatoes – into 1 cm cubes. Chop the cilantro and garlic, cut the lemon into half, squeeze the juice from one half, cut the other into thin circles. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cilantro, salt and the other spices in a separate container. Rub the fish with the prepared mixture and let sit for 10 minutes. Put the carrots on the bottom of the bowl, the fish – on top of it, and then put in layers: potatoes, tomatoes, olives, peppers and lemon, cover it all with the remaining marinade. Close the lid. Select STEW, set the time for 1 hour. Cook until the end of the programme.
