How to cook

Gut and wash the gilthead bream, rub it with salt and spices. Cut the onion and carrot into thin strips and dice the tomatoes. Put the onion and carrot on the two-layered foil, add salt. Put the fish and prawns onto the vegetables, sprinkle them with the lemon juice. Then put the sage and oregano on the fish, and the tomatoes on top. Wrap it all in the foil tightly and put the envelope into the bowl. Close the lid. Press “Start/Reheat”. The dish is cooked on the BAKE programme, 35 minutes. Cook until the end of the programme.
