How to cook
Clean the liver from membranes and strings. Cube the liver and onions into 1 cm cubes and chop the garlic and parsley. Pour the oil into the bowl. Do not close the lid. Press “Start/Reheat”. The dish is cooked on the FRY, “Meat” product type, 25 minutes. 20 minutes before the programme ends put the onion into the bowl. Stir-fry. Cook stirring occasionally. 18 minutes before the end of the programme put the liver into the bowl, add salt, spices and stir up. Cook stirring occasionally. 8 minutes before the end of the programme pour the wine into the bowl, add the crumbs, garlic, and parsley and stir up. Cook stirring occasionally the programme ends.
