How to cook

Cube the meat into 3 cm cubes, bacon – into 1 cm cubes, onions – into 0.5 cm cubes. Cut the mushrooms into wedges, carrots – into middle-sized circles. Chop the garlic and pour the vegetable oil into the bowl. Do not close the lid. Press “Start/Reheat”. The dish is cooked on the FRY, “Meat” product type, 20 minutes. 15 minutes before the end of the programme put the bacon and onion into the bowl. Cook stirring occasionally. 10 minutes before the end of the  rogramme put the carrot into the bowl and stir well. Cook with an open lid, stirring occasionally, until the end of the programme. Press “Cancel”. Put all the other ingredients into the bowl, cover with wine, add salt and spices and stir well. Close the lid. Select SLOW COOK, set the time for 1 hour 20 minutes. Cook until the end of the programme.
