Veal medallions with ceps

Veal (fillet) 200 g
Ceps 60 g
Fresh parsley 10 g
Garlic 6 g
Light cream 150 ml
Beef broth 100 ml
Dry white wine 20 ml
Olive oil 20 ml
Salt

How to cook

Cut the veal into the medallions 1.5–2 cm thick. Chop the mushrooms, garlic and parsley; pour the oil into the bowl. Do not close the lid. Press “Start/Reheat”. The dish is cooked on the FRY, “Meat” product type, 23 minutes. 18 minutes before the end of the programme put the meat into the bowl. Turn over the meat occasionally while cooking. 10 minutes before the end of the programme add the wine, mushrooms, salt and garlic into the bowl and stir well. Close the lid. 6 minutes before the end of the cooking open the lid, pour the broth and cream into the bowl, add the parsley and stir well. Close the lid. Cook until the end of the programme.
