Beef stew with steamed potatoes

Potatoes 500 g
Carrot 150 g
Onion 150 g
Ginger (root) 10 g
Fresh parsley 5 g

Olive oil 30 ml

How to cook

Cut the beef into 1.5 cm cubes, carrot and onion into 0.5–1 cm cubes, chop the herbs and ginger. Cut the potatoes in 2 halves. Place the beef, onion, carrot, and ginger into the bowl, add water, oil, salt, spices, and mix well. Fix the steaming container on top and place the potatoes inside. Close the lid. Press “Start/Reheat”. The dish is cooked on the STEW programme, “Meat” product type, 1 hour. Cook until the end of the programme. Add the herbs and mix well.
