Dry red wine 200 ml

How to cook

Cut the onion into the rings. Rinse the meat, put into a separate bowl, pour the olive oil, the vinegar, wine, add sugar, salt, spices and mix. Leave the meat in the marinade for 2 hours. The marinated meat spread with the mustard and put into the upper gridiron. Set the cook time to 20 minutes and a temperature to 200°С. Then relay the meat into the low gridiron. Set the cook time to 40 minutes with a temperature of 200°С. After the end of cooking leave the meat in the gridiron for 20 minutes.
