How to cook
Pour milk into the bowl, put the butter and flour into it, and whisk. Do not close the lid. Press “Start/Reheat”. The dish is cooked on the MULTICOOK programme, the temperature is 95°C, 15 minutes. Cook with an open lid, stirring occasionally. 5 minutes before the end of the programme add salt, spices and nutmeg. Cook stirring occasionally until the end of the programme.
