How to cook
Powder the barley in the processor until powder condition. Pour water into the bowl. Close the lid. Press “Start/Reheat”. The dish is cooked on the MULTICOOK programme, the temperature is 98°C, 15 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the programme open the lid and continuing to whisk add the powder into the bowl. Cook with an open lid, stirring constantly, until the end of the programme.
