How to cook
Blend the crackers and hazelnuts. Lay the parchment paper onto the bowl. Mix the crackers with the nuts, sugar (10 g) and butter. Lay this mixture onto the bottom of the backing case. Whisk the sour cream, cheese, zest, sugar (100 g), flour and vanilla with a mixer. Whisk the eggs in a separate container until the stable foam and bring it into the cheesy mixture. Pour the mixture into the bowl. Close the lid and remove the steam valve. Select BAKE. Set the time for 45 minutes. Cook until the end of the programme, after that cancel the programme by pressing “Cancel”. Let cool and place to the refrigerator for 4 hours.
