How to cook
Peel, core and seed the apples, cut them into wedges. Lay the parchment paper onto the bowl and put apples on it. Close the lid. Press “Start/Reheat”. The dish is cooked on the BAKE programme for 20 minutes. Cook until the end of the programme. Press “Cancel”. Put the ready apples into a separate container, add the sugar and blend. Mix the eggs with flour in a separate container. Add the lemon juice, cognac (rum) and the applesauce. Stir it all up until smooth. Pour water into the bowl and add the honey. Select MULTICOOK. Set the temperature to 95°C and time for 10 minutes. Cook with an open lid, stirring occasionally, until the end of the programme and then press “Cancel”. Grease the backing cases with the butter. Pour some caramel onto the bottom of each case and put the apple mixture on top. Place the cases inside the bowl. Pour hot water into the bowl so that the water covers the midpoint of the cases. Close the lid. Select ВАКЕ, set the time for 25 minutes. Cook until the end of the programme. Let the ready flan cool.
