How to cook
Grate the chocolate. Put the gelatin into a cold water for 1 minute and wring to remove excess moisture. Place the chocolate into the bowl, add the cream, sugar, milk, vanilla, and mix. Close the lid. Press “Start/Reheat”. The dish is cooked on the MULTICOOK programme, the temperature is 100°C, 10 minutes. Cook until the programme finishes. Open the lid, whisk the mixture, add gelatin, and stir until completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into the glasses and put in a fridge for 3–4 hours.
