How to cook
Soak raisin in warm water, put in a sieve, and let drain. Separate egg yolks from the whites. Beat the whites with salt until foamy. Combine raisin, cottage cheese, yolks, sugar and cream of wheat in a separate container. Carefully mix the beaten egg whites into the mixture with a spatula. Grease the bowl with butter, pour the mixture in, and level it off. Close the lid. Press “Menu” button to select “BAKE” program. Use “Hour” and “Min” buttons to set the time of 25 minutes. Press and hold down the “Start” button. Cook until the program finishes.
