How to cook
Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Cube the peppers and tomatoes into 1 cm cubes. Chop the garlic and herbs. Whisk the eggs until smooth in a separate container. Pour the oil into the bowl. Do not close the lid. Press “Start/Reheat”. The dish is cooked on the FRY, “Vegetables” product type, 25 minutes. Cook stirring occasionally. 14 minutes before the end put the peppers into the bowl and stir up. Cook stirring occasionally. 10 minutes before the end of the programme put the tomatoes, corn, garlic, herbs, salt and spices into the bowl and stir up. Cook stirring occasionally. 5 minutes before the end of the programme pour the whipped eggs into the bowl. Close the lid and cook until the end of the programme.
