How to cook
Chop the prunes, parsley and nuts. Pound the beef until 0.5 cm thickness, sprinkle with salt and spices. Evenly spread the nuts, parsley, prunes and butter on top of the meat. Shape a meat roll, put it in a special packing and seal it under vacuum. Pour water into the bowl, put the packed roll into it. Close the lid. The dish is cooked on the VACUUM programme for 2 hours. Cook until the end of the programme.
