How to cook

Clear the celeriac, rinse and dice. Put the celeriac into the bowl, cover with water, add salt and stir up. Close the lid. Select MULTICOOK, 100°C, set the time for 30 minutes. Cook till the end of the programme. Place the cooked celeriac into a separate container, add the cream and blend until puree consistence.
