How to cook
Soak the raisins in boiling water for 10 minutes. Cut the peppers along the fruit stems and seed. Chop the onion, almonds, parsley and garlic. Mix the almonds (20 g) and parsley (10 g) in a separate container. Pour the olive oil into the bowl. Do not close the lid. Select FRY, set the time for 10 minutes. Once the countdown has begun put the onions and garlic into the bowl and stir up. Cook stirring occasionally. 7 minutes before the end of the programme add the almonds (30 g) into the bowl. Cook stirring occasionally. 4 minutes before the end of the programme put the rice, raisins, parsley (10 g), salt and spices and stir well. Cook stirring occasionally, until the end of the programme. Press "Cancel". Stuff the peppers with the prepared rice mixture. Grease the bottom of the bowl with the butter and place the peppers with the stuffing up. Sprinkle the peppers with the almond and parsley mixture, close the lid. Select BAKE, set the time for 40 minutes. Cook until the end of the programme.
