Finely grate the parmesan. Dice all the vegetables, put them into the bowl and add the oil. Do not close the lid. Select FRY, set the time for 15 minutes. Cook stirring occasionally, until the end of the programme. Pour the water into the bowl, add salt and spices, and stir well. Close the lid. Select SOUP, set the cooking time for 20 minutes. Cook until the end of the programme. Add the cheese before serving.
