A stylish, compact, and easy-to-use multicooker with 5-litre bowl (5.2 quarts) for cooking any dish automatically: from Turkey with cheese to Steamed vegetables. Thanks to a new MULTICOOK program it is possible to cook any healthy and rich dishes. Just set the temperature within the range from 35°C (95°F) to 180°C (355°F) and the time from 2 minutes to 15 hours. If necessary, you can adjust and save default program settings using a MASTERCHIEF function. You may always restore your device to default settings.
MULTICOOK is a program which allows you to cook according to the sous-vide technology (sous-vide, French for "under vacuum"). Products are cooked for several hours at a low temperature with the absence of oxygen. Thanks to the gentle thermal treatment vegetables, meat, fish and poultry retain the nutrients, vitamins and their natural texture. To cook under the vacuum you will need to place the products in special airtight bags and hermetically seal them with a vacuum packer.
This unique function enables the user to change automatic settings and save his own programs to the memory of the device. The MASTERCHIEF function also allows for time and temperature adjustment immediately in a process of cooking (except for the "YOGHURT" and "EXPRESS" programs). If you wish you can always reset to default settings.
The MULTICOOK program allows adjusting cooking parameters in the multi-cooker and cook dishes based on any recipes, found in the cookbook or the Internet. The temperature can be adjusted between 35°С and 170°С in 5°С interval, the time can be set between 2 minutes and 15 hours in 1 minute interval.
The special 3D-heating technology involves simultaneous operation of bottom, top and side heating elements, thanks to which dishes are cooked properly from all sides and products preserve all vitamins and nutrients.
