Pasta (Fettuccine) 300 g
Water 1.5 l
Olive oil 40 ml
Beef (tenderloin) 350 g
Onion 200 g
Tomatoes 150 g
Carrot 140 g
Beef broth 150 ml

How to cook

Cube the beef into 2cm cubes, cut the onion into semi-rings, carrot — into medium-sized slices and coarsely grate the carrot. Pour water into the bowl and close the lid. Select PASTA, set the time for 8 minutes. After an audible signal is heard open the lid, put the pasta into the boiling water and mix well. Close the lid and cook until the programme ends. Press “Cancel”. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander, add the oil (20 ml) and stir up. Do not close the lid. Pour the oil (20 ml) into the bowl. Select FRY, set the time for 23 minutes. 20 minutes before the end of the programme put the meat and vegetables into the bowl, add salt and spices, stir up. Cook stirring occasionally. 2 minutes before the end of the cooking add the pasta and broth stir it all up and cook until the end of the programme.
