How to cook
Cut the turkey into 2 cm cubes. Mix the barbecue sauce with the mustard until smooth. Place the turkey into the bowl, add the salt, spices, oil, and mix well. Select FRY. Set the time for 18 minutes. 13 minutes before the end of the programme put the turkey into the bowl, add salt and spices and mix. Stir-fry until the programme finishes. Serve with the sauce on the side.
