Arborio rice 300 g
Tiger prawns 50 g
Shelled mussels 40 g
Octopus 35 g
Calamari 30 g
Onion 50 g
Butter 30 g
Tomatoes 25 g
Garlic 4 g
Chicken broth 400 ml
Dry white wine 100 ml
Olive oil 20 ml
Salt

How to cook

Peel the prawns. Scrub and rinse the mussels. Dice the calamari and tomatoes into 0.5 cm cubes. Chop the garlic. Pour the olive oil and put the rice and onion (whole) into the bowl. Press FRY, set the timer for 25 minutes. Leave the lid open. Cook, stirring occasionally. 15 minutes before the end of the programme remove the onion, add the wine to the rice and mix. Cook, stirring occasionally. 10 minutes before the end of the programme put the prawns and mussels into the bowl, add the butter, garlic, salt, spices, chicken stock and mix. Cook, stirring occasionally, till the end of the programme. If any of the mussels do not open on cooking, do not try to eat them. Press «Cancel». After the end of cooking add the tomatoes and stir up.
