Clean the liver from membranes and strings. Cube the liver and onions into 1 cm cubes and chop the garlic and parsley. Pour the oil into the bowl. Do not close the lid. Select FRY, set the time for 25 minutes. 22 minutes before the end of the programme put the onion into the bowl. Cook stirring occasionally. 17 minutes before the end of the programme put the liver, salt and spices and stir. Cook stirring occasionally. 7 minutes before the end of the programme pour the wine, add the crumbs, garlic and parsley and stir. Cook stirring occasionally until the
programme ends.
