How to cook

Rinse the pork shank, make several deep cuts in the meat and stuff each opening with the garlic cloves. Combine the chopped onion with salt, spices, and basil. Cook with an open lid until the end of the programme, stirring the knuckle occasionally. Press «Cancel». Pour the water into the bowl and close the lid. Select SLOW COOK, set the timer for 3 hours. Cook until the programme ends.
