Chocolate and orange mousse

Dark chocolate (bitter) 200 g
Egg 4 pc
Sugar 50 g
Butter 50 g
Orange peel 15 g
Orange juice 20 ml

How to cook

Finely grate the orange peel. Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites until foamy. Mix the yolks with the orange juice and orange peel until fully blended. Break the chocolate bar into pieces. Put the chocolate, butter and sugar into the bowl. Press JAM/DESSERT, select “Fast” cook time. Leave the lid open. Cook, stirring occasionally, until fully blended. Then press “Cancel”. Stir well. In a separate container combine the yolk–and–orange mixture with the chocolate sauce. Add the whisked whites and mix carefully. Pour the fondue into glasses and leave it in the fridge for 2–3 hours.
