How to cook
Break up the chocolate into small bites. Cube the butter into 1 cm cubes. Put the butter and chocolate into the bowl. Do not close the lid. Select MULTI-COOK, set the temperature to 80°C and the time for 15 minutes. Cook with an open lid, stirring occasionally, until the end of the programme. Pour out the chocolate mixture into a separate container. Whisk the eggs and sugar until stable foam. Continuing to stir bring the flour and then the chocolate mixture gradually into the eggs. Stir up the dough with a spatula. Lay the parchment paper onto the bowl and pour the dough. Close the lid. Select CAKE, set the time for 20 minutes and cook until the end of the programme.
