Sugar 50 g
Gelatin sheets 12 g
Vanilla 1 g

How to cook

Grate the chocolate. Put the gelatin into a cold water for 1 minute and wring to remove excess moisture. Place the chocolate into the bowl, add the cream, sugar, milk, vanilla, and mix. Close the lid. Select DESSERT. Set the time for 10 minutes. Cook until the programme finishes. Open the lid, whisk the mixture, add gelatin, and stir until completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into the glasses and put in a fridge for 3–4 hours.
