How to cook
Dice the bacon and coarsely grate the cheeses. Whip the egg in a separate container, add the cream, bacon and the grated cheeses, stir up. Roll out the dough into a scone with the same diameter as that of the bowl. Lay the parchment paper onto the bowl, put the dough in it, firmly press to the bottom and make 2 cm high side walls. Pour the filling on the dough. Close the lid and remove the steam valve. Select ВАКЕ, set the time for 1 hour. Cook until the end of the programme.
