Gelatin 10 g

How to cook

Soak the gelatine in a small amount of a slightly warm coffee. Whip the yolks with the sugar powder until fluffy foam, add hot milk and coffee. Reheat this mixture on a low fire and stir constantly. Then add the gelatine, and, continuing to stir, reheat the mixture till the gelatine completely dissolves. Spread the ready dessert into the jars and let cool down to room temperature. Then put into the fridge until completely freezes.
