How to cook
Crust: melt the chocolate over a water bath, mix with the softened butter. Separate yolks from whites, beat the yolks with sugar. Mix the flour with the baking powder and yolk mixture. Add the chocolate mixture and stir. Beat the whites with salt until stable foam forms, add to the dough and stir until smooth. Butter the multicooker bowl and put the dough. Set BAKE, set the time to 50 minutes. Remove the steam valve and cook until the program ends. After the end of the program leave the crust in the multicooker on "Keep Warm" for 20 minutes. Remove the ready crust, let cool down, cut lengthwise into 3 pieces. Soaking syrup: mix the juice with liqueur. Filling: mix all the ingredients in the multicooker bowl except for the cherries. Set MULTICOOK, the temperature to 100°С, and the time to 8 minutes. Cook stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Add the cherries, stir and let cool down.
Cream: whip the cooled cream with a mixer, add the sugar powder and cream thickener, stir well. Cake: soak the crusts in syrup. Put the cream onto the bottom crust in a spiral; fill up the empty space with the cherry filling. Cover with the second crust, put the cream and filling on it as well. Cover with the third crust. Decorate the cake with the cream on top and along the edges. Sprinkle the cake with the chocolate chips.
