REDMOND warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use to consumers for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to products purchased and operated in the U.S.A., its territories, and Canada.

This warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners.

Please read and follow the instructions in the owner’s manual before using this product to ensure proper operation and durability of this product during the warranty period.

Defective product, covered under the warranty, will be repaired or replaced with a comparable model or individual parts at REDMOND’s sole discretion upon receiving the defective unit. No charge will be made for such repair, replacement or postage.

Some States and Provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

Any implied warranty that may be imposed by the law is limited to the shortest period allowed by law. Some States and Provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which can vary from state to state or province to province.

NOTE: Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

If the purchase date cannot be established for any reason, the date of the warranty will be effective from the manufacturing date determined by the 13 digit serial number located on the identification label on the housing of the device. The serial number consists of 13 digits. 6th and 7th digits of the serial number identify the month, 8th digit the year of manufacture. All service or repair work must be done by an authorized REDMOND service center. To obtain warranty service authorization and to find a service center, please call 1-800-800-51-52 or refer to our website www.REDMOND.company.

To obtain performance of this warranty:

  1. Package the product securely in appropriate packing material. REDMOND does not assume responsibility for loss or damage sustained to product during shipping to us for warranty service. For your protection always package your product carefully.

  2. Return the product along with:

    • A copy of your sales receipt verifying date of purchase

    • Name, address, email address and daytime contact information

    • Statement giving specific reason for return

Please note that should any customs duty/brokerage fees arise, you are responsible for paying these fees before REDMOND will render any service to you.
